Disconnect the electrical connector 3 from air mass meter. Loosen the hose clamps and remove the air pipe 4 connecting the air filter housing and the suction line. Remove the cover from the air filter housing. Remove the expansion tank and move it aside. 3337 special tool, remove the lambda probe from the left and right exhaust pipes and move them aside. Remove the nuts tops a reception exhaust pipe. Install the support bar 10-222A on the bearing surfaces of the front suspension struts. Install adapter 10-222A / 3 on the support bar 10-222A and secure capture adapter for engine lifting eye. Turn the screw of the lifting device, tighten the grip so that the engine weight was perceived by the elevating device. Lift up the vehicle. Remove the front wheels.

|
Disconnect oil lines 1 (Fig. 9.23) from the heat exchanger. 3 Remove the bolt bracket oil pipelines. Remove the starter mounting bolts to the transmission.
Vehicles with four-cylinder engines Remove the bolt arm of the oil pipeline to the bottom of the car. Remove the bolt and remove the oil from the transmission lines.
All-wheel drive vehicles Remove thermofilter propeller shaft. If necessary, remove the center and rear mufflers. Remove the screws, remove the propeller shaft from the transfer case and a soft wire fix the bracket of fuel tubes.
All models Fix a transmission jack special tool, install a transmission jack and lift so that the weight of the gearbox perceived jack. In the absence of special tools for removal of the gearbox support a transmission a jack through wooden bar. Remove the bolts left and right support automatic transmission.
