Before disconnecting the battery, check whether you have the code switch on the radio. Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
| Fig. 14.30. Location screws bottom mudguard of a motor compartment
Remove the screws and remove the two sections of the bottom mudguard of the engine compartment (Fig. 14.30). Install the front transverse panel in service position. Remove the cover of the expansion tank. Disconnect an electric socket green electromagnetic compressor clutch, located near the surge tank, and take him aside.

Remove the bolt radiator fan with viscous coupling, keeping the axis of rotation of the fan the other wrench (Fig. 14.31).
| Fig. 14.32. Location housing screws V-ribbed belt
A WARNING Chalk, markers or paint mark the direction of rotation of poly V-belt. If you are installing poly V-belt will rotate in the opposite direction, it can lead to its destruction. |
| Fig. 14.33. Adjusting the tension of the V-ribbed belt air conditioning compressor: 1 - bolt tensioning pulley V-belt; 2 - a torque wrench; 3 - ribbed belt air conditioning compressor
Loosen the bolt tensioner pulley V-belt air conditioning compressor and remove the belt from the pulleys (Fig. 14.33).
| Fig. 14.34. The weakening of the tension of the main V-ribbed belt tensioner and lock pin (1)
Allen wrench, turn counterclockwise the main tensioner V-ribbed belt, thereby loosening the belt tension. Lock the tensioner in this position pin 1 (Fig. 14.34) with a diameter of 4 mm and remove the belt. Remove the bolts and the air conditioning compressor without disconnecting from it hoses, take aside and fix the front suspension. The compressor must not hang from the hose.

Remove the bolts ribbed belt pulley power steering pump, keeping a pulley from turning the special tool (Fig. 14.35). Using clamps 3094, press a discharge and suction hoses, hydraulic power steering. Set under the steering tank for collecting the effluent.
