A WARNING Be especially careful when working in the engine compartment. |
Turn off the engine, remove the ignition key. Brake the car a lay brake. Set the gearshift lever to the neutral position, the selector lever of the automatic gearbox in position P. Allow the engine to cool. While the engine is hot: - Do not put your hands in the area of rotation of the cooling fan motor - it can suddenly start to rotate; - Do not open the cap of a broad tank of a cooling liquid, the cooling system is under pressure. Try not to spill on hot engine fluid - they can ignite. Avoid short circuit of electrical circuits, particularly on the battery.
