Remove the four screws and remove the engine cover (Fig. 14.40).
Remove the mounting bolts of the air pipe to the front transverse panel.

Location bracket bolts from the ignition coil, the rear electrical connectors (A) and 5-pin
Fig. 14.41. Location bracket bolts from the ignition coil, the rear electrical connectors (A) and 5-pin

Disconnect the 5-pin electrical connector from the ignition coil (Fig. 14.41).
Remove the three rear electrical connector A (Fig. 14.41) of the ignition coil.
Remove the four bolts and pull back from the ignition coil bracket.

Wrenching bolts radiator fan
Fig. 14.42. Wrenching bolts radiator fan

Hold the pulley radiator fan from turning a special key 3212, a conventional key, unscrew the pulley bolt. Since the bolt has a left-hand thread, for loosening is necessary to rotate it clockwise (Fig. 14.42).
Lift the radiator fan and remove it from the vehicle.

Location retainer (1) and the direction of the housing for rotating the removal of the electric radiator fan
Fig. 14.43. Location retainer (1) and the direction of the housing for rotating the removal of the electric radiator fan

To remove the electric radiator fan, disconnect the fan from the electric socket, remove the lock casing, turn the housing in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 14.43) and remove the fan.

A WARNING
Chalk, markers or paint mark the direction of rotation of poly V-belt. If you are installing poly V-belt will rotate in the opposite direction, it can lead to its destruction.

Tensioner pulley with external hexagon

Allen key 10 mm turn clockwise tensioner V-ribbed belt to loosen the tension. Lock the tensioner in this position, the pins 3204 (Fig. 14.45) and remove the belt from the alternator.

All models
Remove poly V-belt from the pulleys.

Location pulley bolt V-belt power steering pump and a special tool to hold the pulley from turning
Fig. 14.35. Location pulley bolt V-belt power steering pump and a special tool to hold the pulley from turning

Remove the bolts ribbed belt pulley power steering pump, keeping a pulley from turning the special tool (see. Fig. 14.35).
Using clamps 3094, press a discharge and suction hoses, hydraulic power steering.
Set under the steering tank for collecting the effluent.
Remove the bolts the pressure tube to the cylinder head.

Fixing the suction (1) and pressure (2) hoses for vehicles with six-cylinder petrol engines
Fig. 14.46. Fixing the suction (1) and pressure (2) hoses for vehicles with six-cylinder petrol engines

Loosen the clamp and remove the suction hose 1 (see. Fig. 14.46).
Remove the bolt and remove the pump pressure hose 2 (Fig. 14.46).
Remove the bolts and remove the power steering pump bracket (see. Fig. 14.46).
