Replacing the working cylinder drive clutch



You will need: the key "12" Allen key "6".
1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the nozzle from the slave cylinder hose. Turn off the hose, to avoid leaking brake fluid.

NOTE
Note the presence and relative position of the two copper sealing washers. Compression washer during assembly replaced.

2. Remove the two screws securing the working cylinder to the bracket on the clutch housing ...
3. ... and remove the working cylinder.
4. Install parts in reverse order of removal, pre-lubricated with grease the mating surfaces of the working cylinder rod and lever shaft clutch.
5. Remove the air from the system (see. "Bleeding clutch hydraulic drive").
