Replacing the brake master cylinder



You will need: a special key "10" for the brake pipe, the key "13".
1. Release catches, Disconnect the harness plug the master cylinder reservoir.
2. Remove the cap tank and pump out the brake fluid reservoir, for example, a large medical syringe.
3. Disconnect from the master cylinder reservoir hose to the master cylinder clutch (see. "Replacement of the master cylinder reservoir?�).

HELPFUL HINTS
Immediately after disconnecting the hose from the tank opening stop it without dropping a hose down. In this case, the hose will be a certain amount of working fluid, so after installing the tank and accession to the hose to remove the air from the hydraulic drive clutch is not required.
Replace the reservoir cap to prevent ingress of dirt.


4. Remove the nuts and take the four pipelines pipes aside.

HELPFUL ADVICE
Stop the piping in any way possible (for example, wearing their protective caps the ends of the valve to release the air) to prevent leakage of brake fluid.

5. Remove the two nuts securing the master cylinder to the vacuum amplifier ...
6. ... and remove the master cylinder assembly from the tank.
7. Remove the brake booster push rod ...
8. ... and the seal of the master cylinder.

WARNINGS
Seal the master cylinder at each dismantling of the compound is replaced.
If the cylindrical surface of the pusher oxidized or dirty, clean it with fine sandpaper. With deep corrosion replace a pusher.


9. Install the brake master cylinder in the reverse order of removal, fill the brake fluid and remove air from the system (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
