Removal and installation of a mechanical transmission
Withdrawal Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the air duct. Remove the air filter assembly with an air nozzle.

Disconnect the hydraulic clutch and remove the clamp. Remove the clutch slave cylinder. Disconnect the speedometer cable. Disconnect the cables and switch gear selection. Remove the starter mounting bolts. Remove the upper bolts gearbox. The special adaptation 09200-38001 keep the engine so that the engine was perceived gravity device.

Raise the vehicle. Remove the front wheels. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the gearbox. Disconnect from the knuckle ball rod end, ball joint of the lower arm and the drive shaft. Remove the hinge connecting bolts and the return pipe. Remove the front muffler. Remove the bolts of the subframe and remove it.

Remove the rear roll stopper Transmission mount (Fig. 3.25). Remove the rear roll stopper bracket. Remove the side bolts gearbox. Support a transmission jack, and remove the remaining support. Move the transmission from the engine and after the input shaft of the clutch disc lower a transmission and remove it.
A WARNING With the support of the gearbox, make sure that the jack supports transmission over a large area and not in a limited area. |
Setting Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
A WARNING Supports the engine and transmission to be installed in its place without tension. |
Installation brackets transmission spend in the following sequence: - Bracket of the engine; - Bracket gearbox; - Stop the roller brackets. When installing the front roller bracket stopper, be careful not to damage the support - it can lead to excessive vibration when the engine is idling.
