Refitting
When removing the multi-function switch on vehicles equipped with a driver airbag, take special precautions.
A warning  Do not disassemble or repair the airbag unit and a spiral wire.
Do not drop or bump the airbag and a spiral wire, as well as eliminate their contact with water, grease or oil. In the presence of dents, cracks, deformation or rust, replace the airbag and a spiral wire.
Transport safety air cushion alone bag up. Do not place in the airbag foreign objects that the deployment of the airbag can cause serious injury.
When transporting, do not place your hands on the airbag.
Do not expose the air bag to a temperature above 93 ?� C.
After airbag deployment required to replace the spiral wire.
When disconnecting the connector coiled cable Do not use excessive force.
Previous airbag must be kept in a clean, dry place.
Before installing the spiral wire Align indicator Neutral and set the front wheels for movement directly forward. Install a spiral wire on the steering column. If the label and the indicator will not be aligned properly when turning the steering wheel will not turn a full corner or will be broken mechanism of a spiral wire, which will result in impaired operation of the driver's airbag.
Check
Check conductivity between socket contacts of the multifunction switch at the switch.
