Withdrawal

The door is secured to the vehicle body by two hinges and door opening limiter. Door opening limiter limits the door opening.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the single screw securing the outer waterproof strip doors. 2. Remove the outer moisture proof strip doors. 3. Remove the door trim. 4. Remove the internal handle on the door lock in the following order: - Disconnect from the handle two rods; - Remove the inside door handle. 5. Remove pylevlagozaschitnuyu film, gradually separating it from the door frame. 6. Remove the window seal guide. 7. Turn out one bolt and one screw fastening central directing glasses. 8. Remove the center guide glass. 9. Remove the rear door glass. 10. Remove the glass in the following order: - Remove the two screws on the glass to the window; - Tilting and lifting the rear of the clear glass on the outside of the door. 11. Through the opening in the inner door panel, remove the two nuts securing the outside door handle. 12. Remove the outside door handle. 13. Remove the three screws that secure the door lock. 14. Through the opening in the inner panel of the door, remove the door lock. 15. Remove the six nuts window. 16. Through the opening in the inner door panel, remove windows. 17. Through the hole on the hinge side pull the harness out of the door. 18. Remove the outer border of glass molding. 19. Remove the restrictor opening the door in the following order: - Remove the stop bolt opening the door; - Through an opening in the inner panel of the door, remove the door retainer. 20. Remove the door as follows: - Remove the bolts of both joints; - Remove the door from the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Place the door in the following order: - Set properly on the car door; - Screw the bolts of both hinges. Torque: 18-30 N ??? m 2. Adjust the opening of the door in the following order: - Through an opening in the inner door panel, adjust the door opening; - Screw the bolt stop opening the door. 3. Set the external border of glass molding. 4. From the Insert the door hinges in the door wiring harness. 5. Install the window in place. 6. Replace the six nuts window. Torque: 9-13 N ??? m 7. Install the door lock through the opening in the inner door panel. 8. Secure the door lock with three screws. 9. Put the door to the outside door handle. 10. Install the outside door handle in the following order: - Connect the lock rods to the outside door handle; - Tighten the two nuts outside door handle. 11. Connect draft of the external handle of the door lock to the door lock. 12. Position the window in the following order: - Lubrication during installation window, use a soap solution; - Insert the outside of the door at first a forward part of the glass, and then, turning and lowering, set the glass on the door and place it on the bracket window. A warning Make sure the glass is correctly positioned in the guide. 13. Tighten the two screws on glass. Tightening torque: 2.3 N ??? m 14. If necessary, adjust the position of the glass. 15. Install the rear window in the door. 16. Install the central directing glasses. 17. Establish directing sealant glass. 18. Install the door pylevlagozaschitnuyu film and thrust output of the internal handle of opening of the door lock pylevlagozaschitnoy film. 19. Install the inside door handle in the following order: - Connect to two traction handle of the door lock. 20. Install the door trim. 21. Install the outer moisture proof strip doors. 22. Move the glass up to the stop.
