Check the ignition system of the engine
NOTE Your car is equipped with a microprocessor system of ignition (MPSZ) of high energy. For high-voltage wires supplied about 40 000, and although a small current is not dangerous for life, possible electric shock when checking the ignition system may lead to serious consequences. Therefore, if you take over the high-voltage wire with the ignition on, use thick rubber gloves or at least pliers with insulated handles. |
HELPFUL ADVICE Before checking the ignition system, set the gear lever in neutral and leave the parking brake. |
| 1. With the ignition off, check the integrity and landing high-voltage wires in the ignition coil. |
| 3. If the low-voltage circuit of the ignition coil is OK, check for spark at the spark plugs. Remove the high-voltage wire with any of the spark plug. Insert the tip of the wire spare spark plug and press it onto the metal part to the "weight" of the car. Rotate the crankshaft of the engine starter. |
4. If there is no spark, replace with new high-voltage wires. You can pre-set to try not new, but proven, a "working" machine. |
5. If the replacement wire spark does not appear, replace the ignition coil. If the spark is there, but the engine does not start, replace the spark plug with new ones. You can also try to pre-install not new, but proven, a "working" machine. |
