Replacement brake hoses
In the car are four sets of brake hose, two (rear) to connect the piping on the rear axle and two (front) to connect the pipelines with working cylinders of the front brake. You will need: the key "12", pliers, a special key "11" for the brake lines.
HELPFUL ADVICE To loosen the nuts pipes use special keys: as much tightened nuts and usually corroded, when using a conventional key facets nuts rumpled. |
| 1. For removal Front brake hose pipe, unscrew the nut and remove the tube. |
HELPFUL ADVICE To prevent leakage of fluid from the hydraulic drive immediately stop the opening of the tube in any way possible. It is well suited for this purpose, the protective caps valve to release the air. |
| | 2. Remove the locking clip from the upper tip of the hose. |
3. Remove fitting attachment of the lower tip of the hose to the working cylinder of the front wheel brake. |
| 4. Bring the brake hose from the bracket on the shock absorber and remove the hose from the vehicle. |
5. Install the front brake hose in the reverse order of removal. |
A WARNING Make sure that the hose is not twisted during the installation axis. |
