Removing and installing wishbone and repair

You will need: the keys "17", "19".

1. Place the vehicle on a lift or a viewing ditch.


2. Remove the nut bolt (axis) mounting wishbone to the lugs fist, holding the bolt head from turning ...	3. ... washers ...

4. ... and pull the bolt to the wishbone lugs fist.

HELPFUL ADVICE

At the complicated extraction bolt (axis) of the fastening lugs wishbone treat knuckle bolt in contact with the lugs penetrating special composition (eg, WD-40) ...

... and beat out its mandrel of suitable size.

5. Remove the bolt of the rear arm bracket to the rear suspension crossmember.

NOTE

If reversing bolts arm to the cross "foiled" welded nut, hold it with the Allen key inserted in the process opening.


6. Remove the screw ...	7. ... and remove the rear wishbone.


8. In a similar manner, remove the mounting bolt front wishbone rear suspension to an arm of the cross ...	9. ... remove the bolt with a washer and remove the lever.


10. Inspect the control arm, deformed arms replace. Signs of deterioration are silent blocks breaks unilateral buckling and peeling the rubber from the metal sleeve. To replace the silent blocks you need pullers suitable size.	11. Extract the puller lugs of the lever of the Hob.

12. Lubricate Hob before installing a soap solution and press-fit it flush with the end of the lever eye.

13. Install the leverage in reverse order of removal. Tighten the screws to lugs wishbone pin and the rear suspension crossmember bracket only on the car standing on the earth. After replacing wishbone check and if necessary adjust the angles of the rear wheels (see. "Check and adjust wheel alignment").
