Turning off the front passenger airbag
Before the trip by car, always make sure to turn off the front passenger airbag is in the desired position.
ATTENTION Do not leave the key in the switch front passenger airbags. Unintentional off these pads is dangerous. In the case of a traffic accident would not ensure proper protection of a passive passenger. It is fraught with serious injuries and even death of the passenger. To avoid unintentional off the front passenger airbag, always use to switch the ignition switch and the same key. In this case, you will never leave the keys in the switch airbags. |
1. Insert the key into the slot switch front passenger airbags and turn it clockwise to the ?�OFF?� (off) (Fig. 1.146). 2. Remove the key from the switch. 3. Check that the indicator is off the front passenger airbag when the ignition is burned. The front and side passenger airbag and seat belt pretensioner corresponding remain off until until the switch is again turned to the ?�ON?� (included).
