Corrosion protection
Causes of corrosion of a vehicle: 1. Road salt, dirt and moisture that collects under the vehicle. 2. Chipped paint or protective coatings stones, gravel, stone chips and minor dents. If you live in the region (country), where the car is regularly exposed to corrosive factors, corrosion protection is particularly important. Some causes of increased corrosion are road salt, chemicals used on roads, sea air and aggressive emission production. Moisture creates the conditions for more intensive development of corrosion. For example, the occurrence of corrosion is considerably accelerated at high humidity, especially at the freezing point of water. In such conditions, corrosive materials in contact with the surface of the car through a bad moisture evaporates. Mud - a common cause of corrosion because it dries slowly and helps moisture contact with the vehicle. Even if the dirt seems dry, it may still contain moisture and promote the emergence of corrosion. High temperatures also cause corrosion poorly ventilated parts of the car, which accumulates moisture. For these reasons it is very important throughout the year to keep the car clean, regularly remove dirt from it and the accumulation of other materials. This applies not only to visible areas, but also to the bottom of the car.
