Adhesive balance weight (external)
Remove the old balance weight wheel. Remove the double-sided adhesive tape remaining on the wheel, then clean and degrease the contact area. Set the wheel on the machine to balance the wheel, measure the size and position of the imbalance in the normal mode for balancing weights.

|
Multiply the amount of unbalance by 1.6 to get the value of the mass balance weight (Fig. 4.7). Select a balance weight closest weight, set the balance weight position (outside), the machine tool for balancing of wheels. Example of calculating the weight of the load for a given amount of imbalance: 23 g Ohno 1.6 = 36.8 g The required weight of cargo: '35
NOTE Use a weight of close in meaning to the settlement. Example: 32.4 g = 30 g, 32.5 g = '35 |
ATTENTION Use original counterbalance or equivalent (steel). Installation balancing weight presses it for 2 seconds with a force of 25 N per 5 g |

|
When two cargo place them so that they are located on both sides of the rim in the position shown for the wheel balancing machine (Fig. 4.8).
ATTENTION - Do not place loads in a row. - Do not apply loads at each other. - The total weight should not exceed 160 g |
