Opening the tailgate by pressing the lock cylinder

Click on the lock cylinder (Fig. 1.34).

To close the trunk lid, push it down with both hands and press on the top cover to trigger a latch lock. Do not slam the trunk lid, closing it. Pull the boot lid from the bottom up in order to check the reliability of locking the lock.
