Setting
Temporarily install the coil spring, a protective cover and rubber feet on the damper so that the bottom edge of the coil spring fits on the bottom ledge of the cup spring.

Label the coil spring, a rubber protective cover and support for the proper installation, as shown in Fig. 4.14. Align the mark of the coil spring, and a protective cover. Wrap the coil spring and protective cover with a cloth, then install special devices.
Compress the coil spring using the special tool (Fig. 4.15). Install the shock absorber so that the bottom edge of the coil spring fits on the bottom ledge of the cup spring. Make sure that the label on the shock absorbers and protective cover are the same. Install rubber mount and the piston rod nut, then remove the special tools. Tightening torque of the piston rod: 39,2-52,9 Nm.
Set studs angled 27-33 ?� with respect to the stabilizer (line center) toward the inner side of the vehicle (Fig. 4.16).
Install the fork damper and align it to the label, together with a dynamic damper (Fig. 4.17). Tighten the bolt plug. The remaining components are set in reverse order of removal.
