PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove windows (see. Removing and installing mechanical door window and Removing and installing power window).


Models with sedan and wagon

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set the sliding window against the window frame doors and unscrew bolts guide window.
  2. Remove the inner and outer seals off the top of the door, the door mirror on the left door and the right door lining. Remove and molding.
  3. Lift the back of the glass, post it forward and remove it through the top of the door opening.
  4. Installation is the reverse order of removal. Before tightening the bolts guide window completely trapped, enter it in the groove of pressure forward while pressing the guide back and tighten the screws. Raise the glass and loosen the bolts back groove. Press the glass back in the grooves and tighten bolts.


Models coupe

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the inner seal from the top of the door.
  2. Remove the mounting screws and remove the upper and lower stops from the back of the guide groove.
  3. Remove the bottom nut and upper bolt, then remove the rear glass run channel.
  4. Remove the mounting screws and remove the rear wedge guide.
  5. Apply the glass back and remove it from the door.


Setting

Installation is the reverse order of removal. At the same time, adjust the position of the glass as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Adjust the front of the guide so that it lightly touches the seal after closing the door.
  2. Make sure that the raised front edge of the glass it coincides with the carrier rail.
  3. If necessary, adjust the upper stop, the grooves and the guide window.
  4. Adjusting sideways against the guide pins being. When fully lowered the top edge of the glass it must be flush with the seals - fully offset adjustment is made on the guide window.
  5. Adjust the position of the wedge so that it touches the rear edge of the glass. Finally, apply a small amount of anti-corrosive lubricant to the inner surface of the grooves.
