Details of the power steering system shown in Fig. 6.9 and 6.10. Clamp lines suitable to the power-steering pump out or power-steering fluid reservoir. Remove the bracket that supports the harness. On vehicles with a petrol engine, remove the right strut upper mounting bracket. Disconnect the pipes from the power steering pump housing, drowning out the hole plugs. Move aside the hoses, wires, connectors. Remove the lower bolt and power steering pump drive belt tensioner bolt; remove the belt. Remove the remaining screws power steering pump and remove the pump. Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Replace with new sealing washers on pipelines. Tighten fasteners to torque. Bleed and fill the power steering system (see. Below). Check stacking and connecting electric wires and pipes.
