Check of adjustment of pump
Place the crankshaft to the point of initial fuel injection timing. By turning the crankshaft and set cutout (no color marking) of its pulley against marks on the cylinder block (a piston in the 1st cylinder is at TDC of the compression stroke). Rotate the crankshaft to 20-25 ? (motor CD20) or 100 ? (for the engine CD20E) counterclockwise, and then set to "0" arrow indicator. Slowly turn the crankshaft clockwise until the yellow mark on the crankshaft pulley against the mark corresponding to the initial corner of an advancing of injection of fuel. In this position, the indicator needle should show a predetermined stroke of the plunger pump. If the stroke of the plunger pump deviates from a predetermined value, repeat the adjustment of the injection pump. Remove the device from the cradle. Install the plug with a new seal on the valve of the pump. On engines CD20 remove the plate to turn off the device to start a cold engine. Connect all the connectors, vacuum actuators and cables that are suitable for the injection pump. Install the high pressure fuel lines, then connect the supply and return pipe to the pump, connect the battery. Remove air from the engine fuel supply system.
