Removal and installation of the clutch mechanism

On vehicles with a petrol engine, disconnect the cable from the clutch lever. On vehicles with a diesel engine, disconnect from the gearbox the clutch slave cylinder (Fig. 4.3), without disconnecting from it a pipeline; fasten the cylinder so that it is not damaged. Remove the gearbox as described below.

In the reverse order listed in the Figure. 4.4, remove the clutch pressure plate bolts. Pre-mark the position of the housing on the flywheel. Remove the clutch cover, together with the pressure and the driven wheels. Clean the removed parts and to vote their status, focusing on the requirements listed in the Table. 4.1. In the case of increased wear, replace the parts. Degrease flywheel solvent.
Replace the clutch disc
by using the mandrel Nissan KV 301016000 or other suitable size. Install the clutch cover assembly and secure it with screws, as indicated in Fig. 4.4, the set moment. Remove the frame. Apply a thin layer of grease on the splines primary shaft gearbox and clutch. Install transmission. On vehicles with a petrol engine, connect the drive cable to the clutch control lever clutch fork on the gearbox. On vehicles with diesel engines replace the clutch slave cylinder. Bleed the clutch.
