Removing and installing the front and rear doors

Details of the door shown in Fig. 9.14. Do the job you need a helper. Remove the battery negative terminal. The procedure for removing the front and rear doors the same. Remove the door trim (See below.) Disconnect the electrical pads, marking their location. With the knock out punch axis limiter 1 (Fig. 9.15). Remove the bolts the door hinges (Fig. 9.16), the assistant should keep the door and the glass should be omitted. Remove the door.

Installation of doors are made in the reverse order of removal. Adjust the lock work, changing the position of the door lock (Fig. 9.17).
