In the cylinder block and crankshaft marked to facilitate their packaging. Marking includes the five-digit code of the size categories established liners and cylinder diameters. Fig. 2.8 and 2.11 are examples of said decryption parameters. Main bearing shells, thin-walled steel with a working surface of the aluminum-tin alloy. Liners installed in the cylinder block with groove and holes for lubrication. Inserts mounted in bearing caps, smooth (Fig. 2.12). The width of all inserts are divided into size groups, which are marked with paint at the end.
Inserts connecting rod bearings and thin-walled steel with a working surface of the aluminum-tin alloy. Inserts from the connecting rod have an opening which, when the assembly is aligned with the hole in the rod body. Connecting rod inserts also divided into groups thickness markable paint on the end (tab. 2.4). Repair loose leaves also vary in size groups.
