Removing and installing oil pan and oil pump maslozabornika
Withdrawal  | To perform the procedures described below need a tool for cutting the sealant pillows. |
| - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props.
- Remove the drain plug and drain the sump engine oil in a suitable container. Screw the cap, tightening it firmly.
- Give bolts of the engine to the transmission reinforcement brackets, remove the brackets from the engine. Give bolts and nuts securing the bottom of the back plate (shield) to the engine flywheel housing.
- Gradually, in divided doses, give bolts sump. Move in a spiral from the edge to the middle of the pan.
- If the tray is installed without gaskets, using a special tool cut a pillow of hermetic seal through which the tray is attached to the crankcase. To prevent damage, in any case, do not use this tool for the liberation of the rear oil seal
- Mounted on the lining of the pallet should be to release obstuchal hammer with soft brisk.
 | - If necessary, give fixing bolts and remove the motor maslozabornik (see. Accompanying illustration - figures marked the crankshaft bearing caps). Discard the O-ring.

Setting Installation is in the reverse order. | - Sand mating surfaces of the pallet and the crankcase, carefully removing all traces of the old gasket material / sealant.
- Inspect sump, check for mechanical damage. Perform the necessary repair or replace the defective pallet.
- Rinse the inner surface of the pallet and the assembly maslozabornika suitable solvent, completely eliminating traces of carbon deposits and sludge.
- Set maslozabornik oil pump with a new sealing ring and tighten bolts of its fastening with effort 16 ÷ 19 Nm.
| To seal the pan on the crankcase can be used as a spacer and sealant cushion. In the absence of confidence in the absolute flatness of the landing flange of this Guide recommends to prefer laying in order to avoid future problems associated with oil leaks. |
- When using sealant lay in the groove of the flange and around the bolt holes therein pillow quality sealant sectional diameter 3.5 ÷ 4.5 mm. Within no more than five minutes after laying the sealant push the tray to the unit, taking care not to disrupt the continuity of pillows. Then screw the mounting bolts and tighten them with demanded effort in diagonal order, moving from the center outwards.
- Install reinforcement bracket by tightening the bolts of their fastening with demanded effort.
- Fill fresh oil into the engine, then start the engine and check for leaks.
| If the seal used planting tray sealer, begin to pour into the engine oil is not earlier than thirty minutes after installation of the pallet. |
