Service servo
Check of serviceability of functioning | - When the engine is stopped repeatedly depress the clutch pedal to remove the unit from the vacuum servo.
- Press lightly on the pedal and hold it in this position.
- Start the engine. The pedal should significantly fall down, otherwise it is necessary to check the serviceability of giving of dilution:
- Check the vacuum hoses for signs of aging of the material and other damage. If necessary, replace.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the servo unit and running the engine at idle speed, make sure that the vacuum comes to the block, which plug the end of the hose with your thumb.
- Disconnect vacuum hoses, release the retaining clip and remove the check valve from the car.
- Blow in the control valve by the actuator unit. Air must pass through the valve.
- Try prososat air through the valve (again by the servo). The valve should be closed. If these conditions are not met, replace the valve.

|
Refitting Withdrawal | - Remove the clutch master cylinder.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the servo unit.
- In the car, disconnect the servo pushrod from clutch pedal. Give fixing nuts and remove the actuator from the side of the car.

Setting Installation is in the reverse order. | | - Check the length of the protrusion of the pusher block the actuator, perform the necessary adjustments (see. Accompanying illustration):
|
- On Removing the servo to measure the distance from the base end surface of the block to the center of the holes for the installation of the finger attachment to the clutch pedal pusher (in the illustration). The nominal value of B = 130 mm.
- If you want to make an adjustment, loosen the lock nut and slide the tip of the push rod in the desired direction, then re-tighten the lock nut.
- Measure the distance from the reference surface of the master cylinder to the outer edge of the front servo pusher unit (A in the illustration). Nominal value of A = 1.30 ÷ 1.55 mm.
- To adjust the lock plunger tip and slide it in the appropriate direction.
| If the front pusher needs to be adjusted higher than 0.5 mm in size, the actuator is faulty and should be replaced. |
- Tighten the nuts servo unit with demanded effort.
- Check the height and clutch pedal free play, if necessary, make adjustments.
