Setting



Align the right support of the power unit

1 - a bolt;

A = 14 mm;

B = at least 10 mm;

C - the alignment of the flange of the bolt head

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the support of the power unit and hoses for cracks or wear and, if necessary, replace them.
2. If the transmission is disconnected from the engine, check the condition of the clutch.
3. Install the power unit in the engine compartment and align it in the following way.
4. Attach the right support of the power unit with new bolts, having tightened them at this stage of the hand.
5. Secure pendulum support with new bolts of the power unit, tightened them at this stage of the hand.
6. Align the right support of the power unit in accordance with Fig. Alignment of the right support of the power unit.
7. Align left support of the power unit so that the ends (a) and (b) are parallel to each other.
8. Tighten the support of the power unit to torque (engines 1,4 / 1,6 / 1,8 / 2,3):
- The engine to an arm: 60 Nm + tighten on a corner 90 ?�;
- Transmission to an arm: 60 Nm + tighten on a corner 90 ?�;
- Pendulum support to gearbox 40 Nm + tighten on a corner 90 ?�;
- Pendulum support to the body: 20 Nm + tighten on a corner 90 ?�.

A warning

If not specified, the standard tightening torques of bolts as follows: M8 - 20 Nm M10 - 45 Nm M12 - 60 Nm.


9. Install the pumps'.
10. Install the starter.
11. Install the V-belt and adjust its tension.
12. Install the air intake tube.
13. Install the air filter housing.
The engine 1,8-I- Turbo
14. Install the connecting pipe connecting the turbocharger to the radiator nadduvaemogo air, air filter and fix their collars.
15. Establish a reception exhaust pipe and catalytic converter with new gaskets.
16. Install the right and left drive shafts.
17. Set the accelerator cable and adjust it.
18. Connect fuel supply and return lines to the fuel line and fix their collars.
19. Connect the coolant hoses to the radiator heater in the bulkhead, and fix their collars.
20. Install the radiator fan.

Vehicles with manual transmission

21. Connect the shift rod to the gearbox. Install the clutch slave cylinder.
Cars with automatic transmission
22. Install and secure the transmission bracket for discharge line power steering. Connect to the gearbox control cable and adjust it. Connect the power unit disconnected electrical connectors and piping, fix their collars.
23. Replace and secure the holder battery.
24. Replace the battery, but at this stage, do not connect it to the earth wire.
25. Check the electrical connectors and connecting pipes to the power package.
26. Check the oil level in the engine and transmission and, if necessary, finish it to norm.
27. Fill the cooling system with coolant.
28. Install the top casing of the engine.
29. Establish the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
30. Connect the ground cable to the battery.

A warning

Activate the power windows and set the time on the clock and enter the code in the radio.


31. Start the engine and warm up to normal operating temperature.
32. Check the oil level and the coolant, and the tightness of all connections.
33. Visually check the settings.
