Bleeding with a set of squeezing
To remove air from the hydraulic system, you must use special equipment that operates on the external pressure (inflated chamber spare wheel). After connecting the sealed chamber with brake fluid to the brake system popolnitelnomu a tank venting is draining fluid through the bleeder valve on the clutch slave cylinder as long as the resulting liquid will not go out without air bubbles. A warning Volkswagen recommends the use of compressed air is supplied at a pressure of more than 2.5 bar.
With this method, a large tank of liquid provides additional protection of the clutch hydraulic system from possible ingress of air during pumping.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. In accordance with the instructions, connect the device to remove air pressure from the tank popolnitelnym brake system. | | 2. Attach a transparent hose (eg VAG 1238 / 3A) for the bleeder valve clutch slave cylinder (B), the second end lower in the glass container partially filled with brake fluid. | 3. Unscrew the bleeder valve on the half turn and allow the fluid to drain into the glass container as long as it will not go out without air bubbles. | 4. After removing the air from the hydraulic system of coupling tighten the bleeder valve, remove the hose and remove it from the device popolnitelnogo tank. | 5. Clean the bleeder valve of the brake fluid and set it on the dust cap. | 6. Check the fluid level in popolnitelnom tank and, if necessary, add brake fluid. |
