Setting



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the mounting surface of the sealing ring.
2. Lubricate the new O-ring with fresh coolant, and install it in place.
3. Install water pump. When installing the water pump on all engines except the engine 1,4-I, plug in the pump body must be below.
4. Secure the water pump with the three screws and tighten them to a torque of 15 Nm (engine 1,4-I - 20 Nm).

5. Establish a back casing of a gear belt and secure it with the bolt (1) by tightening it to 20 Nm (see. Fig. Water Pump Engine I-1.6).

6. Attach the guide roller and secure it with the bolt (2) by tightening it to 25 Nm (see. Fig. Elements of fastening of the water pump on the gasoline engine-I 1,4).
7. Install toothed belts.
Engine 1,6-I
8. Install and tighten bolts V-belt tension mechanism, tightening the bolts to 25 Nm.
9. Install the V-ribbed belt.
10. Fill the coolant in the engine cooling system.
