Withdrawal

Disconnect the battery.

Open the spring clamp 1 with a pair of pliers for spring clips and remove the retaining bolt 2.

3 Release the hose and remove it from the air filter housing (Fig. 7.33).

Remove the air filter housing on the right side of the rubber bearing up

Remove the air filter housing from the vehicle (Fig. 7.34).

Slide the cap in the direction of the arrow with the traction relay (Fig. 7.27).

Remove the positive cable 1 and disconnect the connector terminals 50 2 (Fig. 7.28).

Remove the earth wire from the starter mounting bolt (Fig. 7.35).

Remove the starter mounting bolt (Fig. 7.31).

Remove noise insulation.

Unscrew the fixing nut 1 from the lower starter mounting bolt.

Remove the holder wire 2 (Fig. 7.36).

Remove the starter mounting bolt.

Remove the starter from the engine compartment at the bottom.

Setting

Installation is performed in reverse order, with the following should be considered.

Tighten to the specified torque.
