The wiper motor

The electric motor can be removed only with a system of levers, rods and bracket. Notes relating to the wiper of any glass.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn off the ignition.

2. Operate the wipers for 2 minutes and turn off the wipers. At the same time the wipers return to their original, non-working position.

3. Turn the ignition.

4. Disconnect the earth cable (-) from the battery.

A warning

This memory is erased anti-theft radio code. Disconnect the battery only when the ignition is switched off, otherwise fail control unit injection system.

5. Disconnect and remove the wiper arms with axes, before removing the protective caps thin screwdriver.

6. Unscrew the wiper frame, remove the screw (9) (see. Fig. The device wiper) and remove together with the electric motor.

7. Remove the handle lever to the actuator rod (10).

8. To disconnect the engine from the frame janitors by removing 3 screws for this.

9. Unscrew the handle lever from the axis of the engine.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If the new engine will be installed, before installing to put it to the off position. To do this, connect the multi-pin connector and allow the engine to run. Then turn it off switch wiper - motor takes off position. Disconnect the multi-pin connector.
2. Install the handle lever and adjust so that the bottom edge of his match with said screw hole (see. Fig. The electric windshield, Fig. The electric rear window with a wide trunk lid and rice. The electric rear windows (double door)).
3. Tighten the handle lever torque of 30 Nm.
4. windshield wiper motor to put a handle on the actuator rod lever.
5. Set the engine with the wiper frame and tighten to 25 Nm.
6. Connect the earth cable (-) to the battery. A warning Connect the battery only when the ignition is switched off, otherwise the possible failure of the injection system control unit.
7. Set the clock.
8. Enter the anti-theft radio code.
9. Connect the multi-connector and turn on the engine, to give him a run out to the off position.
Windshield wipers
	10. Install the wiper arms on the axis so that the wipers have taken the position marked on the windshield markings. Tighten the levers to 10 Nm. (and - markings for left-hand drive, b - Marking for right-hand drive (export model)).
Janitor rear window
	11. Install a janitor at the height of the lower thread heating the heated rear window, a = 45 mm. When equipped with a double door set the wipers so that they are in working position is vertical.
12. Fit protective caps.
13. Check the operation of the wipers.
