Replacing the clutch cable
ONLY MECHANICAL CLUTCH
Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | 1. If clutch cable is established again, the adjustment mechanism needs to be compressed and held in a compressed position locking the tape. To this end, if any, apply the retaining belt, which regulating device, before installing the cable is fixed in a compressed position. Only cut the ear of the locking zone (arrow). | | 2. Squeeze the clutch pedal several times until it stops. |  | 3. Wear ear retaining belt (arrow) above the protective cover. | | 4. Remove the clutch cable from retaining clip. |  | 5. Remove the clutch cable from the plastic compound (1) a rubber shock absorber to the stop in the direction of (2). Thus, the adjusting mechanism is compressed. |
A warning  If the wire is in position to pull fails, the adjustment mechanism is defective. In this case, a snack wire clamp and pull the pin out of the bracket.

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Press the clutch pedal at least 5 times before it stops. | | 2. Pull cable sheath for the plastic coupling compound (1) is about 10 mm in the direction (2) - cm. Braid should move freely. | 3. If the inspection work is required to produce multiple, first it is necessary each time the clutch pedal, since the adjusting mechanism after each inspection locked and therefore can not be compressed.
A warning Do not open the case of the automatic adjustment, since it is impossible to reassemble.
