Brake cylinder



Brake Cylinder

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the brake drum (see. Subsection 7.7) and brake pads (see. Subsection 7.8).
2. Loosen the brake pipe nut invoice without unscrewing.
3. Remove the rear brake support screw fastening of a brake cylinder.

A warning

If the repaired old brake cylinder, install a complete repair kit. In the absence of sufficient skills to entrust the execution of works SRT.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lay a cloth under the brake support plate.
2. Unscrew the air release valve.
3. Unscrew the nut of the brake pipe and then screw the new brake cylinder by hand. This ensures less loss of brake fluid.
4. Screw the mounting screw of the brake cylinder and tighten to 20 Nm.
5. Clamp is not much to 5 Nm brake pipe union nut, no-option open ring spanner.
6. Install the brake drum and brake pads.
7. Bleed the braking system (see. Subsection 7.12).
