The brake pipeline and a brake hose



The compound brake master cylinder to the wheel brakes provided brake hoses and tubes.

Brake hoses provide a flexible connection between the rigidly fixed and moving parts of machinery.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the machine on the box.
2. Disconnect the brake line from the union nut and remove.
3. The connection of the pipeline in the direction of the master cylinder to close a suitable stopper or suck before the brake fluid expansion tank pear.
4. Position the brake line, no-features to the old place.
5. If necessary, replace the brake hose on the brake mechanism (saddle). You must first remove the brake.
6. Install a new brake hose. Positioned so that it is without slack twist and tighten 15 Nm.
7. Install hoses authorized factory.
8. After installing the unloaded wheel (the car is lifted), check whether the hose meets all the movements of the wheel and do not rub you in any field.

A warning

Avoid contact with oil or gasoline hose without varnish and underbody protection cover.


9. Bleed the brake system.
10. To remove the car from the stands.
