Front suspension
The front suspension of the car is based on the principle of MacPherson, ie each wheel has an independent suspension with separate springs and dampers. The suspension is mounted on a powerful cross beam, which was also mounted steering gear. This cross beam mounted lower suspension arms are mounted in rubber bushings (silent blocks). Hobs have a special design that provides a high level of comfort and driving stability. The lower ball joint the pivot is formed integrally with the suspension arm. Stub is attached to the spring rack with two screws. Using a powerful cross beam frees a lot of space in the engine compartment. The engine is suspended on the left and right internal side members. To prevent tilting of the engine in the longitudinal direction is fastened to the front and rear of the central longitudinal beam. The ball joint is the pivot rotates in polyacetate nest oiled. This construction provides increased resistance to movement of a spherical support by increasing the vibration frequency. In normal driving on a spherical support knuckle operates a small torque. This steering has a high sensitivity. With an increase in the vibration frequency is increased resistance to rotation in the ball joint support knuckle, which reduces the fluctuation of the suspension at higher speeds. The lower suspension arms are suspended from the crossbar in the Hob. Front imaginary axis passes through the front Hob. This design increases the sensitivity of the steering and helps absorb almost all vibrations arising from irregularities in the road. This also contributes to the design of the front Hob. It has a high stiffness in the transverse direction but lower stiffness in the longitudinal (in the direction of the vehicle). Rear suspension arm silentblock also has a variable stiffness (high and low). In the dispersal of the car rear Hob effort squeeze out and he reacts to this movement strong cushioning effect. This increases the stability of direction. When driving on an uneven surface (potholes on the roads) efforts on Hob directed inward. The design of the suspension absorbs the movement, providing comfort when driving.
