The control unit calculates the idle speed based on the signals of the engine speed and the controller controls the idling 8/2 (Fig. 9.1) so that the speed is kept at a constant level. The controller has a linear characteristic. On one of the connector pins through the relay is the battery voltage, a second terminal connected to the ECU. To control the air flow at a fixed frequency BU closes on "weight" of the solenoid circuit, creating a magnetic field whose strength varies depending on the pulse duration. Thus resistance is variable compressive force of the return spring on the valve and adjusts the value of the channel between the inlet and the outlet. In the event of failure of the return spring squeeze regulator valve to the stopper and open the hole for a limited intake of air, resulting in a slight increase in the frequency of rotation of idling. When the throttle position sensor indicates that the damper is closed and the engine is idling, ECU using the idle speed regulator regulates the engine speed depending on the sensor signal of the coolant temperature and load. When receiving signals from BU pressure switch, climate control panel or control unit automatic transmission, testifying to the compressor of the air conditioner is turned on or the transmission is an increase in air flow that maintains a constant speed value at idle, tracking it through the sensor. This adjustment also takes place when the rig includes an electric fan cooling. Idle control adaptive, ie BU "trained" to how in the particular conditions must be open control idling. This information is stored in memory and is used to restart the motor. In the event of a failure in the control system of idling control is set to a fixed position corresponding to the rotational speed at idle, above the normal. As the throttle position sensor does not have a fixed position idle rig is equipped with an adaptive function that provides entry into the memory of the smallest of the registered value, which is interpreted as closing the throttle. The wide open throttle position is calculated by adding a fixed value of the angle to the position in which the damper is closed.
