Withdrawal

NOTES
To facilitate access to the timing belt tensioner pulley is necessary to remove the plug 14 (Fig. 3.4.13).
When installing the gasket 20 (see. Fig. 3.4.13) must be replaced with a new.

Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

A WARNING
Do not open the refrigerant circuit!
Chalk, markers or paint mark the direction of rotation of poly V-belt. After setting the belt rotates in the opposite direction, which may result in its destruction. When installing, make sure that the ribbed belt is correctly positioned in the pulleys.

Location screws engine cover
Fig. 3.4.1. Location screws engine cover

Remove the screws and remove the two sections of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment (see. Fig. 3.4.1).
Remove the screws and remove the engine cover (see. Fig. 3.4.1).
Remove the front bumper.
On the left front side of the engine compartment, remove the screw fastening the bracket supporting the air-conditioning duct system.
Install the front transverse panel in service position.

Unscrewing bolts radiator fan with viscous coupling
Fig. 3.4.15. Unscrewing bolts radiator fan with viscous coupling

Remove the bolt radiator fan with viscous coupling, keeping the axis of rotation of the fan the other wrench (Fig. 3.4.15).
Remove the left and right casings of a gear belt.

Location housing screws V-ribbed belt
Fig. 3.4.16. Location housing screws V-ribbed belt

Remove the screws and remove the V-belt casing (Fig. 3.4.16).
Remove the plug (see. Fig. 3.4.14) with the roller mechanism of a tension V-belt air conditioning compressor.

Location bolts tensioner V-ribbed belt air conditioning compressor
Fig. 3.4.17. Location bolts tensioner V-ribbed belt air conditioning compressor

Loosen the bolt tensioner V-belt air conditioning compressor and remove the belt from the pulleys (Fig. 3.4.17).

The weakening of the tension of the main V-ribbed belt tensioner and lock pin (1)
Fig. 3.4.18. The weakening of the tension of the main V-ribbed belt tensioner and lock pin (1)

Allen wrench, turn counterclockwise the main tensioner V-ribbed belt to loosen the belt tension. Lock the tensioner in this position pin 1 (Fig. 3.4.18), 4 mm in diameter and remove the belt.

Setting
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Location ribbed belt pulleys on the diesel engine
Fig. 3.4.19. Location ribbed belt pulleys on the diesel engine

Install ribbed belt first on the crankshaft pulley, then on the idler pulleys, and in the last turn on the tensioner pulley (Fig. 3.4.19).
Allen wrench, turn counterclockwise ribbed belt tensioner, remove the pin 1 (see. Fig. 3.4.18), and release the key, causing the belt to be tightened.
Install poly V-belt drive compressor.

Adjusting the tension of the V-ribbed belt air conditioning compressor
Fig. 3.4.20. Adjusting the tension of the V-ribbed belt air conditioning compressor: 1 - bolt tensioner V-ribbed belt; 2 - ribbed belt air conditioning compressor; 3 - Torque Wrench

Torque wrench with hexagon head 6 mm Turn tensioner pulley V-belt air conditioning compressor counterclockwise until 7 Nm. Hold the torque wrench in this position, a second wrench to tighten the bolt tensioner V-ribbed belt 25 N ? m (Fig. 3.4.20).
Install poly V-belt casing.
Install radiator fan with viscous coupling.
Start the engine, check the location and fluidity belts.
