Overview
The clutch located between the engine and the transmission and intended for short-term separation and continuously combining the crankshaft of the engine and a primary shaft of the gearbox during the pick-up and a vehicle shifting without noise and risk of damage to the parts. All models set a dry single-plate clutch, which consists of a driven and clutch pressure plate, the center of the diaphragm spring, the housing and the release bearing. Clutch disc moves freely in the slots of the primary shaft of the gearbox and is clamped between the flywheel and pressure plate forces generated by a central diaphragm spring. On both sides of drive plate riveted friction pads. Clutch plate connected to the hub through the details of the torsional vibration damper. The need for vibration damper caused by the following. When a sudden change in the vehicle speed, running over bumps in the road, sharp inclusion of coupling in the transmission of a vehicle having the dynamic loads that cause twisting of the shaft of the transmission. Uneven torque causes torsional vibrations of the transmission shaft, whereby the load on them is significantly increased. Especially dangerous is the occurrence of the resonance frequency is transmitted when the load coincides with the natural frequency of the transmission. Elastic vibrations transmission lead not only to the appearance of noise in the mechanisms and units, but also to hazardous vibration, and sometimes to the breakage of parts. The energy of the torsional vibration damper absorbs. Drive hydraulic clutch. Clutch is installed at the front side of the gearbox to the clutch collar. Bearing clutch lever is moved. When you press the clutch pedal to the master cylinder and a piston compresses the fluid that flows through the hose to the clutch slave cylinder. Under the pressure of the piston moves the clutch slave cylinder and actuates the release lever. The lever moves the clutch bearing, which acts on the spring pressure plate and puts pressure plate from the clutch disc. The clutch is automatically controlled.
