Install clutch

When you install the new drive plate or a press disk of coupling remove from them anticorrosive protection.

When installing the drive plate, make sure that its friction linings, even in small amounts has not got oil. Before you install a clean cloth, wipe the mounting surface of the flywheel and the pressure plate, clutch disc set with clean hands.

Coat the spline on the clutch disc with a thin layer of special lubricants based on molybdenum disulfide.

Install the clutch disc on the flywheel so that the protruding portion of the hub disc was sent out to the transmission.

Install the clutch assembly, aligning the holes in the casing of coupling with guide pins of the flywheel. When reinstalling the previously removed clutch pressure plate check that the labels put before removal aligned.

Tighten the clutch so that the clutch plate has been pressed, but at the same time, he could still move sideways.

Using a special holder or removing the gearbox output shaft, align the clutch disc onto the flywheel.

Clutch plate can be centered special mandrel relative to the housing with the pressure plate assembly.

After centering the drive plate gradually "star" tighten the clutch pressure plate bolts to 25 Nm.

Remove the mandrel of the slave drive.

Coat the spline of the input shaft of a transmission and directing plug release bearing with a thin layer of special lubricants based on molybdenum disulfide.

Install transmission.
