The left cylinder head cover
Withdrawal
A WARNING All clips and clamps that when removing the intake manifold will be damaged or cut, the assembly must be replaced with new ones. |

Remove the four screws and remove the engine cover (see. Fig. 3.2.1).

Disconnect the high-voltage wires from spark plugs (see. Fig. 2.3.54). Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the cylinder head cover. Disconnect the cable and electric wires from the cylinder head cover and take them away.

Remove nuts 1 and 2 (Fig. 3.2.63) and remove the cylinder head cover.
Setting Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following. If the gasket is damaged cylinder head cover, replace it.

Apply a thin coat of sealant AMV 174 004 01 to the places shown in Figure 2.3.64. Tighten the nuts 1 (see. Fig. 3.2.63) fastening the cylinder head cover, then crosswise tighten the outer nut 2.
