Replacement master cylinder clutch
You will need: the keys "10", face head "13" special key "10" for nuts, pipes, extension, knob-nose pliers. 1. Unscrew the tank and pump out (for example, a large medical syringe) of used brake fluid master cylinder reservoir supplying the hydraulic clutch.
NOTE Tank common to the brake cylinder and the clutch has three separate sections: two separate circuits for hydraulic brakes and one for the hydraulic drive clutch. |
NOTE Coolant expansion tank of the engine must be removed to gain access to the main cylinder drive clutch. The tank can not be removed completely, it is enough to turn on two nuts of its fastening and take the tank to the side without disconnecting from it hoses and coolant drain. |
| | 3. Squeeze the pliers bent lugs clamp, slide the clamp along the supply hose ... | 4. ... and disconnect the hose from the master cylinder. |
| | 5. Remove the nut tube hydraulic drive clutch master cylinder ... | 6. ... and move the tube to the side. |
| | 8. Remove the two nuts securing master cylinder to the clutch body ... | 9. ... and remove the master cylinder. |
