Removal and installation of the expansion tank



You will need: the key "10" (convenient socket), pliers, screwdriver with Phillips blade.
1. Drain the cooling system (see. "Replacing the coolant").
2. Loosen the hose clamps of steam-radiator hose and drain the throttle assembly (indicated by arrows), pressing pliers bent their ears, slide the clamps on the hose ...
3. ... and remove the hoses from the pipes of a broad tank.
4. Loosen clamp fastening fluid hose ...
5. ... and remove the hose from the pipe expansion tank.
6. Remove the two nuts securing the tank to the body ...
7. ... and remove the expansion tank.
8. Install the expansion tank in the reverse order of removal.
9. Fill the coolant (see. "Replacing the coolant").
