Adjustment of bearings of a back nave
You will need: face head "24", a torque wrench, flat-blade screwdriver, pliers. | | 1. hang out the back wheel, press out ... | 2. ... and remove the protective cap the hub. |
| | 3. Remove the cotter pin. | 4. Turn the hand wheel, tighten the hub nut torque of 20 Nm for self-aligning bearings. |
5. Loosen the nuts by unscrewing it in a half-turn (180 ?�). 6. Re-tighten the hub nut torque of 1 Nm. 7. Install a new cotter pin and bend the ends.
A WARNING If the slot opening in the nut and pin do not coincide, combine them, turning the nut. |
8. Before installing a protective cap put in the grease its internal cavity.
