Dismantling
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the tape fastening popolnitelnogo tank, and the tank cover. | | 2. Remove the retaining ring of the piston. | | 3. Remove the pusher and the piston. |
A warning  Not to damage the surface of the pusher and clutch master cylinder contacting the piston.

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air. | | 2. Check the inside of the cylinder body for rust, pitting or development. | | 3. Check the cuff of the piston for wear. | | 4. Check the piston for rust, pitting or development. | | 5. Check the hydraulic tube clutch for damage. | | 6. Measure the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder. |
A warning Measure the inside diameter of the clutch master cylinder held in three sections (at the bottom, center and top) in two perpendicular directions.
|  | 7. If the clearance between the piston and the cylinder exceeds the limit, replace the master cylinder and / or piston assembly. Clearance: 0.15 mm |

Assembly
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Before assemblage grease liquid for coupling the piston and the cylinder bore diameter.
Fluid: Brake fluid DOT 3 | | 2. Insert piston assembly. | | 3. Install the retaining ring of the piston. |  | 4. Place the plunger. |  | 5. Replace the tape fastening popolnitelnogo tank, and the tank cover. |
