Greasing system
The lubrication system includes the oil pan, the oil pump, oil filter and the different channels. The oil pump is driven by the crankshaft. The bypass valve in the oil pump keeps the pressure in the lubrication system of the engine at a certain level, when it is exceeded the overflow valve opens and part of the oil flows back into the oil pan. The filter has a bypass valve through which in the case of heavy contamination of the filter crude oil flows directly into the oil pipe.
Refined oil filter oil enters the main oil highway. Further, the oil flow is divided into two streams. A stream of oil is supplied to the crankshaft bearing, and through drilled channels and lubricate the connecting rod bearings. For piston cooling oil is sprayed through the nozzles to the lower part of the piston.
The second oil flow through the channels is supplied to the cylinder head for the lubrication of bearings of camshafts and hydraulic tappets.
After passing through the head and a cylinder block, the oil flows into the oil pan.
