Crankcase ventilation valve

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect the hose from the crankcase ventilation valve. Remove the valve from the cylinder head cover and connect it to the crankcase ventilation hose.
Start up the engine at a frequency of idling, the finger cover the opening of the valve and make sure the felt vacuum created in the intake manifold.

Crankcase ventilation valve plug will not move back and forth.

If vacuum is not felt, clean the valve and crankcase breather hose or replace them.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To check the movement of the plunger insert a thin steel rod from the threaded portion of the valve.
. If the plunger does not move, so the valve is clogged and must be cleaned or replaced.

Setting

Install the crankcase ventilation valve and tighten its demanded moment. Torque: 8.12 N ??? m.
