Removing and installing transmission

1. Disconnect in the first place, the wire from the negative terminal of the battery, and then - on the positive.

2. Remove the battery and battery support.

3. Remove the air filter.

4. Disconnect the light switch connector backing.

5. Remove the bracket and disconnect the connector from the steering angle sensor of the crankshaft (CKP), the oxygen sensor and the oil pressure sensor.

7. Remove the bolt clutch slave cylinder.

9. Remove the cotter pin securing cable of a choice of transfers.

11. Remove the clamp fixing the cable gear selection.

12. Remove the universal joint shaft from the steering column.

13. Remove the oil pump hose power steering.

Be careful, because if you disconnect the hose will leak fluid.

14. Remove the clamp and disconnect the return hose power steering pump.

15. Remove the upper bolts gearbox.

17. The special adaptation 09200-38001 support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.

18. Remove the front wheels and brake calipers front.

19. Disconnect from the knuckle ball rod end.

20. Remove the speed sensor and remove the screws A-pillar to the steering knuckle.

21. Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the gearbox.

22. Remove the transmission bracket.
a. Remove the bolt support.

b. Remove (upper) bolt from the body.

c. Remove the (side) bolt from the body.

d. Remove the side of the mounting bolt gearbox.

23. Remove the front roll stopper.
1. Remove the bolt support.

b. Remove the (side) bolt retainer.

c. Remove the (lower) fastening bolt retainer.

24. Remove the rear roll stopper.
1. Remove the bolt support.

b. Remove the bolt retainer.

26. Remove the muffler.

27. Remove the bolts of the lower frame.

28. Support gearbox jack.

29. Remove the lower bolts gearbox.

When removing the gearbox, make sure that the jack supports transmission over a large area.
