Tightening the cylinder head

Loosen all the bolts of the cylinder head, then tighten the set torque. Tightening the screws is carried out at a temperature of the engine and bolts about 20 ?� C.

Tightening torque - 25 Nm + tighten on a corner 58-62 ?� + angle tighten to 43-47 ?�.

Tighten bolts spend in the sequence shown in Fig. 2.80.

A WARNING

Start up the engine and warm up to normal operating temperature, then turn off and wait until it cools down. Then tighten the bolts cylinder head torque.
