Bleeding the hydraulic clutch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

During air removal add only the pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer. Do not mix different brands of brake fluid.

Brake fluid: SAE J1703 (DOT 3)

The fluid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves a paint and plastic, therefore at liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash it with plenty of water.

1. Loosen the bleeder valve in the cylinder clutch and connect a hose to it. Place the other end of the hose in a glass container of sufficient volume.

2. Slowly press the clutch pedal.
3. While pressing the clutch pedal, loosen the bleeder valve and release the air from the hydraulic system. Tighten the bleeder valve and release the clutch pedal.

4. Repeat steps until until brake liquid without air bubbles.

Rapid re-press the clutch pedal in the B - C can lead to the pusher from the cylinder while pumping the clutch. Pushing the clutch pedal is necessary only after its return to the upper position (A).
