Bushing clutch pulley and the air conditioning compressor

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the bolt sleeve coupling, with a special key hold the sleeve against rotation.

2. Remove the plug and gasket to the clutch of the compressor shaft. If the sleeve is not removed, screw the bolt into the hole on the M8 shaft sleeve and remove the bolt sleeve.

3. Remove the retaining ring.

4. Remove the pulley and bearing compressor shaft.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install in the reverse order of removal.

2. The probe check the clearance between the clutch C compressor clutch hub and pulley. Check the gap at three points on the perimeter of the pulley.

Clearance: 0,35-0,65 mm

If the clearance is not correct, adjust it by setting the appropriate gasket thickness.
