Substitution of the intermediate tube

1. Place the vehicle on a pit or hoist.

2. Disconnect the harness connector control the oxygen concentration sensor and remove it from the intermediate pipe (see. "Replacing sensor engine management system").


3. Remove the two nuts securing intermediate pipe clamp to the bracket of the engine ...	4. ... and remove the clamp.

5. Remove the two nuts securing the catalytic converter to an intermediate pipe (see. "Replacement catalytic converter").


6. Remove the three screws fixing the intermediate pipe to the exhaust manifold ...	7. Remove from the studs ... gasket ...

8. ... and remove the intermediate pipe.

HELPFUL ADVICE

Asbestos gaskets and O-ring of the intermediate pipe at each dismantling of connections, replace with new ones.

9. Install the intermediate pipe in the reverse order of removal.
